The backend is built on top of Django framework. This provides us with secure features out of the box as well as a powerful ORM
The app has multiple user roles and multiple levels of authentication and authorization.
If they have it enabled, we provide email notifications to both buyers and sellers in different states of the order and messaging flow.
We use high performance real time search with Apisearch stack, ReactPHP and Drift framework.
